My first month experience has been marvelous. The staff, the neighbors and the families are excellent. I am very appreciative to be residing here at Creekside. This lovely community satisfies my needs very well.

There is a very responsive management team (Kim, Ben, Kenny, and Oviedo). They listen to any concerns or problems. Kim has worked hard to develop several new programs and activities for the residents.

I've only lived here a short time (3 months) and must say I am pleased with maintenance service etc. The building is kept clean and well maintained. We enjoy social events (provided by residents) in building #110. It helps people get to know each other!

I just moved here, November 2022. I feel safe here. Sprinkler system and emergency pulls in bedrooms and bath are great. It's quiet. Package delivery is great. Management is kind and professional. I hope to be a resident for many years. Ground floor apartment is great.

Creekside at Tasker's Chance Apartments are a clean, safe place to live, with reasonable rent. There are some really wonderful walking paths nearby, and restaurants and grocery stores are also conveniently located. The management is quite responsive to any service requests.

The Staff and residents are very pleasant and friendly. It has been wonderful living here thus far. It's a nice location and very clean inside and out. I have not encountered any problems or issues with anyone.

Great place to call home. Very clean, quiet. Friendly neighbors & maintenance plays no games. When u contact them, they come right out & handle the problem. 5 stars for maintenance. Property manager is a very nice guy. Thanks for allowing me to call this wonderful place home. Grounds are also kept up.

David worked with me from Pittsburgh to my relocation to Frederick. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I think Creekside is beautiful. I walked down to the creek, and was amazed. I like it here.
