Your SafeRent rental score results from a mathematical analysis of information found in your consumer credit report, application, and previous rental history. To better understand the scoring criteria, click here.

The application fee is $25 per adult applicant. The fee is non-refundable after credit and background check has been completed, given the fact that it covers the cost of processing your application.

A $100 administrative fee is charged to cover the cost to process your application and move-in. The fee is non-refundable. This fee is due upon move-in with the balance of your first months rent.

A $100 advanced rental deposit "Holding Fee" is required along with the application fee upon completion of the application with a Leasing Consultant. The fee reserves the desired apartment for you while the application is being processed. Once your application is approved, the advanced rental deposit will be applied to your Security Deposit upon move-in. If your application is not approved, the advanced rental deposit will be refunded.

The security deposit is $300-$500 depending on your screening results.

No utilities are included.

Renters insurance is recommended but not required.

Yes! We are pet friendly. We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs or 1 cat and 1 dog with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $250 fee, per pet, is due at the time of move-in, along with a $25 monthly pet rent/ pet. 

Our residents have three parking options: $30 for carport, $50 for garage parking, and free uncovered parking. 

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
